City v Chelsea post match

What is it with them two? Remember Sergio doing exactly the same in the FA cup semi at Wembley. He was lucky not to be sent off that day

The snidey, dirty fucker stamped on Aguero's ankle twice yesterday and then wants to shake his hand ? Well fuck that. Yet when he gets a kick back he rolls around like a walrus scratching his back

I feel sorry for Fernandinho, what he had to go through being as close as he was to some of the crash victims, play through it, get absolutely nothing all game and to cap it off gets a slap to the face for his trouble.

Any man would have done the same in his position.

Having had a night to sleep on it this is my take on yesterday.
  1. Played very well for a large portion of the game.
  2. We can not hit a barn door with a banjo, finishing is sub-standard.
  3. Defence - what defence there must be at least half the premier league sides who have better defences.
  4. Antony Taylor - not fit for purpose the whistle to the mouth incident with Luiz should be investigated by the FA, but won't be.
  5. Aguero is not the player he was, what is troubling him?
  6. Bravo - Why? The last thing this side needed was a replacement keeper, I am mystified by this decision.
  7. Results at home are pathetic last four games at the Etihad we have scored 4 and conceded 6 whilst accumulating just 3pts - simply not good enough.
I am hoping things improve but with that defence it is going to be a long season.

Feels like Bravo couldn't stop a shopping trolley, let alone any attempt on our goal. Why is Kolarov still stealing a wage from our club?
I doubt there will be any FA investigation as to Fabregas slapping Ferni, or Cheb smashing Kun to the floor, which there should be.
I'm sick of seeing these cheating cnuts going down if there's a breeze of wind one moment and then running through British Bulldog style tackling the next. It's comical. The FA needs to start taking a tough stance on simulation( I prefer to call it cheating).
Looks like we are really struggling to find some cohesion. It's not going to get better anytime soon unfortunately. The next few games will really show how good a manager Pep is.

Finished watching the Sky tv coverage and MotD. Seeing it all again just confirmed that we should have buried them. Pep clearly targeted their left flank and we made a substantial amount of really good opportunities but yet again shot ourselves in the foot.

It's not a one-off though is. Can say that about Everton, Southampton, Boro etc. Remember Lukaku hitting Clichy on the break in their one counter attack. Same as yesterday. Aguero is slowing up. Need to replace him, and need to replace one if not two central defenders.
