I don't know why people have Jesus in the side ahead of Aguero. Jesus is a fantastic young prospect. Aguero is the fantastic finished article, and unlike previous seasons where Pellegrini had him strolling around the box, Sergio works his arse off in games now as well. He also retains possession superbly. He is in short, a better all round player than Jesus right now and for me, he must start.

I am not sure Pep sees it that way, but what does he know ;-)

Call me crazy but I would like to see Mangala start this game. Has the pace needed to deal with the counter. Their front 3 will rip Otamendi apart.

It would also give him a major confidence boost which is important given he's going to play an important role this season for us.

No confidence about this one, Liverpool's attack now is just monstrous. Two great, pacy goalscoring wingers on both flanks, Firmino has improved as a false 9 & they're more than capable of having their midfielders score bangers, They're keeping Coutinho as well (who knows how he'll play though).
