No way gudongan is anywhere near ready for this type of game. Pep will have a plan for this game and it might have us go a bit more direct like barca at home last season.

Think he would be great for this game? Surely he's close to match fitness now?

Compared to the last time we played Liverpool, Pep will have Ederson, Kompany (probably), Walker, Mendy, Danilo, Bernardo & Jesus among the players to pick from.

I think we should be positive.

Bloody hope so. Even if he plays 60-70 and makes way for Yaya/Dinho to close it out. Felt like we were so much more direct and dangerous with Gundogan in the side last season.

I'd pick him against most teams but against Liverpool who will no doubt press the shit out of our midfield we need players that can handle that press and dribble their way out of it which David and yaya are better at doing.

I think there's very little chance that we'll throw Gundogan straight back into the team for such a big game after so long out. Think West Brom in the cup might be his first start.

You mean how many Gundogans do we have? ;) Sorry was a bit late when I posted that but since I wrote Danilo/Gundogan for the CDM position I thought it was unnecessary to write Gundogan/Danilo again for the remaining spot on the bench

Really looking forward to this think Bernardo Silva will get a start with Raz being out and hoping for 4 at the back, not keen on the 12.30 ko we always seem to start sluggish in them, early goal is the key.
