City v Liverpool - Post Match Thread

In two matches, Mendy has put in more quality crosses than the total produced by all of our left backs in the last 15 years.
 
Great win today. Thought Liverpool edged it before the sending off but when they went down to ten men we absolutely demolished them. Crazy, we have beaten Liverpool 5-0. This is sort of stuff I dreamt of when I was a kid.

Oh and definitely a sending off. Crazy that anyone is even questioning it. Hope ederson is ok.

Putting the ball in the net is the currency of football. City were 1 up before the sending off so Liverpool didn't "edge it" beforehand.

I'm also in SS (3) and there were some horrible twats in their bit.
They got a chorus of that and came back with nowt!
Moving on, have we heard anything official on how Ed is doing and the extent of the injury? Cheers.
 
Watching the game on tv after work-two points from me-again with 3 centre backs we were woeful, I've banged on about it but it adds nothing but confusion to our game and today otamnedi was left exposed but moreover those utter ****s Gary chuckle and Tyler moaning about the red card showing a complete ignorance of the laws of the game without once mentioning Ederson lying on the pitch for 8 minutes after being booted in the face.

True we were winning and had been more clinical but they were getting a lot of joy down our left hand side. Ederson made a vital save a couple of minutes earlier. After the sending off the threat was totally none existent and we really kicked on. Great performance overall.
