I think all cliches have been used

Well done everyone

We're missing one cliche mate.

"GET BEHIND THE MANAGER FFS. CALL YOURSELF A BLUE SLAGGING A GUY WHO JUST WON THE TITLE. GO SUPPORT CHELSEA YOU JCL ****."

One we've had that it'll be a full house :)

THE PROBLEM.

Fergi had the right idea, NOT ONE player is bigger than the club. Yaya needed to go in the summer, our mistake was covering for him and allowing him to do what he did. I havent seen a 80% preformance from him this season never mind a 100%. Thats the start of the rott in the dressing room, give them a inch they will take a yard. Unfortunate the manager has lost the respect, shame because I like him.

Last night was a prime example of where our problems are and what they are.

Its a mixture of confidence and silly mistakes in some players (Mangala/Zabaletta/Fernandinho/Fenando)

and damn right laziness and lack of desire in others (Dzeko/Yaya/Sagna)

The Formation is the lesser of an issue. We have good enough players to play whatever system is asked

The silly mistakes and confidence is fixable through training and encouragement, the later being effort, laziness and desire is down to the players. I agree the manager needs to grow some Kahona's to drop the main culprits.

Last night we didnt win many second ball battles, Full backs were too deep, Yaya refused to travel more than 5 yrds with the ball, jovetic was too deep, Dzeko wouldn't run.

It's too easy to blame the manager for the displays, but he cant do anthing to the players once they cross the white line.

I hope he finds a suitable sticking plaster for Sunday and then sort out these issues quickly
