They already know what it is at City. As I understand it, they have appealed that it is not in the public interest so should remain confidential while the arbitration goes on.
If the PL are trying to sanction us to any extent and it's based on a flawed system then we would without a doubt appeal it I think.You wouldn’t think we’d go to the expense of appealing if it was that trivial

The PL investigation wasn't part of the CAS ruling so they are obliged to bring their own investigation to a satisfactory conclusion. I hope it's just a case of going through the motions.Looks FFP related given the dates involved, I’m no legal expert but given CAS’s ruling last year you’d think that any suggestion of funnelling funds through sponsorship was bollocks.
