City V PSG ticket Prices: Club Statement

Are you sure? I opted out of a cup scheme a season or two back and got my money refunded.
I was wrong. Seasoncard T&C's say no refunds for Cup Scheme tickets. However, they also say money will only be taken on or around time that tickets go on general sale

3.2. The Club will automatically collect payment for tickets to home Matches in the relevant Cup Competition on or around the date on which tickets go on general sale

So looks like they've ignored their own T&C's.

I wrote to the club asking why it costs twice as much to sit as a disabled concession category than it does to sit in the same seat for league matches.

This is the answer I got.

Nothing, Nowt, Sweet Fanny Adam, Zilch, Fuck all.

They do not have the good manners even to send me a copy of what Guardian readers got in the press release.

To make matters worse I cannot book my son a ticket on line because of my status. Sometimes I am lucky enough to get into the 'Cityzens Portal' whatever than means but when try to go into the part for buying tickets I am told to log in again and I get this inaccurate and meaningless message.

'Memno or Password do not match. Please try again'. To the uninitiated this means that disabled people MUST book by telephone, but how many have to mess around checking passwords, getting new passwords and all that buggering around before giving up and joining the queue?

This situation has been going on for at least three years. Hopeless, hapless and helpless. Or dismal, abysmal and miserable fail?

Your making it sound like the tickets prices are fair. It's daylight robbery and the prices will continue to rise. We're not as big as the teams you've stated and we will struggle to fill our stadium for a European quarter final due to the ticket prices. It's a game which should have an great astmosphere, like Hamburg a few years ago. It won't be because the club see money signs and don't give a shit about us. Lowering the prices to a maximum of £35 would of seen a full stadium with a great astmosphere. With the money we turnover, charging these prices is a joke and i don't know how they have the cheek to claim they are reasonable prices.
There is nothing 'fair' about the ticket pricing, just like there is nothing fair about a player earning £250k a week whilst the lowest paid earn £300 a week. It is unfortunately the reality of the World we live in and I doubt that prices will be dropping.

Anyone else just had an email saying that we have a priority window as a season ticket holder starting today and can buy 4?

What with the re-wording of the ticket prices on the OS and now this, it sounds like they're pulling all manner of stunts to push sales up. It smacks of desperation to me and the best thing they could've done is just revise the ticket prices and put out a statement that they've made a misjudgement regarding the original pricing - that would've got many fans back on side and would also limit any lasting damage.

Spot on. It would but the team and the club are managed by out of touch stubborn idiots.
