Anyone who defends Jo is not a proper City fan, because wanting him on the pitch is the same as wanting City to fail.

He is shite.

Good result by the way.

Anyone who constantlly slags off a City player, even if they had a half decent game is NOT a proper City fan....there you go

As a fan I'm allowed to slag off players who are shit (in my opinion) - it's my prerogative as a fan. I didn't boo Edghill but the booing got him out of the team which in a way was a good thing, despite people feeling sorry for the lad.

At the end of the day I've spent a fortune following Coty over the years. If I don't think Jo could trap a bag of cement I will say so!!

Having said that I take your point and may e I should focus on the positives from tonight - Silva ace, De Jong is world class in my opinion and Bridge looked good considering first game back. Great result can't fault Mancini's tactics. It's not pretty but it's pretty effective.

absolute bollocks i am far from a jo fan but he came in and did a job tonight give the player credit when due and tonight he did a job for us so i will give him credit for that.

We will need much more intensity than that frankly - we´ve seriously got to up the fookin tempo sharpish - do people think we are capable of more dynamic performances?

We do seem to have a bit of a 'Serie A' tempo about us at the moment but that's not surprising considering we have RM as our manager. In fact I think it's our gameplan, slow the pace of the game down completely to stop the opposition playing.

I missed 90% of the game, how did Silva look and what were Jo and Silvas goals like???

Thanks.
Silva very very classy - eye for a pass and was our best player forward - i love the guy already. His goal he took well...should have had another in forst half.....Jo's goal was a followup shot from Tevez piledriver......looked like he nmis hit it into the ground but Royle just said on espn that jo meant that - i have my doubts...overall jo was awful........sorry jo likers - he was.........

We did bury them in their own back yard!!

Bury not quite and I am thinking ahead to Sunday - can we up the fookin tempo ? As I said I´m not sure we can and that will mean 90 mins of more fookin purgatory - jeez I just want us to go full tilt with all engines firing asap - Chelski didnt hold back last night and the team they played were as bad as Salzburg
