East Stand level 3 is open I believe. Only Colin Bell level 3 closed. They could have given this to Wednesday and they might have sold it out, but probably security/health and safety reasons not to.

In the Arndale today and a large group of excitable Eastern Europeans walked past me,all wearing City gear and probably an example of the extra support to which you refer.
