Good result but what was with the diving? Yaya was guilty of it quite a few times and rightly went into the book for it.

He was certainly part of it, but it was more to do with a change in our attitude and pressing higher up the pitch than solely a personnel change. That said, Javi was yet again excellent when he came on. Demichelis also had a great game again today.

Let them take all the plaudits with their Munich esque football, the unfortunate second goal and their phenomenal amount of possession. I'll take the 3 points, +3GD ad the clinical, professional game we just played. Could have been any number, even double figures in the end.
If teams want to pressure us like that they better take a 2 or 3 goal lead and do it for 90 minutes because sooner or later we will pick them off and they will will tire. Once we hit 2nd and 3rd gear they could do nothing to stop us.
