Yaya better but still dawdles on the ball deep a bit too much for my liking. got caught again like against ramsey last season. dont blame Mangala at all. but the press will twist it

Kompany should be put on a similar regime as to aguero (his hammy troubles him too much, well i am no doctor but this should have been sorted)

Nasri worked hard but we lack silva's creativity

Lampard and aguero, what a combo that can be. he is really good at finding those over the top balls for sergio, wish Yaya would do that more often

Yaya caught dawdling on the ball a couple of times and the last one cost Mangala a red card. He frustrates the fuck out of me. He largely played at a walking pace all game slowing our attacks consistently.
I was willing Pellegrini to take him off and then he gets the goal. Soon after I was willing him to be taken off again !

Yaya made a few mistakes but he still ran the game.

Problem is he ran the game at a snails pace. We never looked like scoring until Southampton started pushing forward.
The guy is an enigma. Both problem and asset.

We controlled the game today even with 10 men YaYa was instrumental in that

maybe ive mixed it, but point stands. no reason why he cant have a training regime specific to him.

Brilliant performance today. Even with nine men we were better than the opposing twelve.

Just bloody annoying that Vinnie and Manga are going to miss games. Those two look as though they are developing well as a partnership but it is never a good thing not to have Vinnie available.

Absolutely all the people whinging about Pellegrini's team selection were proved wrong today.
