Not sure how Nasri was perceived to be very good today? I don't think he was particularly bad, he rarely is in fairness to him, the problem is it was another typical Nasri average performance. Just doesn't offer anything specific to the team other than being neat and tidy. Not the game changer/winner we bought from Arsenal.

Nasri dragged Southampton players all over the pitch and out of position leaving the space for our other players! A lot of his work goes unnoticed! Also put a good shift in defensively.

Just watched the full game again...can't believe some of the comments on Nasri today, he was bloody excellent, worked hard, some good passing, stopped their full back getting forward...another very good performance and brilliant ball retention

Any official news on Vinnys injury yet?

No - but I
Saw a book in Waterstones yesterday – Mysteries of our Age.
It was about Shergar , Lord Lucan and Matija Nastasic. Smile Smile Smile

I think refs. should be docked 25% of their pay if they are so inept.

just 25%. they should have their pay witheld for a couple of weeks. More like 200%

Not that hard to believe, there are tons of people on this forum who know fuck all about football. Some people just decide someone is shite then can't change their view no matter how well someone plays.

I thought Nasri had a good game today.

Agree he does that excellently but he's that good on the ball I feel he could do more as in being a bit more quicker with his decisions with the ball and be bit more direct, unless that's all Pellegrini wants him to do because he does so that very well...

i had nothing down for us today how wrong was that, it looks like the Bayern game has given us a lift and hopefully pushes us on, if we can overcome Sunderland and Everton and get to Roma and qualify the confidence will be sky high, well done blues i'm proud today

Really encouraging all round apart from the novel yellow card for being hacked down. New rule perhaps?
It was introduced by that bent twat Foy for Tevez at Norwich in 2012.
I don't recall Aguero ever going down easy, so I don't understand how the ref could a) deduce it wasn't a pen b) book Aguero for diving! I hope we challenge this ( if we can) and get it rescinded
