Quite right.
Some if the moaning knob jockeys on here don't seem to understand anything at all. I appreciate being 3 points off top, with a game in hand, FA Cup 1/4 final, league cup final and last 16 of the champions league is not up to our standards of old but we are just going to have to get used to being second raters, with this clueless manager and all these shit players. Also, when are footballs administrators going to tell the likes of Stoke and Palace that they need to just roll over and not try to stop us playing. After all, football results are supposed to be known from the off. In fact, why bother playing the game at all? Just give City the points and the players a rest. Oh for the days of the Stuart Pearce team!!

Take away the internet? Some of these tits should not be let near any electrical appliances full stop.

MDM had another really good game yesterday yet continues to be slated. He was played out of position against Chelsea and made a bad decision after playing well against Barcelona. Get over it.

As much as I get worried when i see his name on the team sheet because I still think it is the one position we need someone better, I thought he had a decent game yesterday as well.

He did mate but we let Stoke have the ball now and then and on a few occasions, they actually got a speculative shot off and thus, in the world that is bluemoan, we were shit defensively yet again and someone has to carry the can!

i never want to see yaya wasted in a defencive midfield role again.



how long will it be before its realised by city`s management and coaching staff, that if we want to win the league, we have to play yaya further forward where he turns into the world beater we know he is.

In terms of performance that was about the biggest positive I took from the game. He looked the proactive player he did against Chelsea in the cup and not the passive player that I think he has been for most of his previous 18 months with us. Might actually save us a signing in the summer if he can continue like that until May.

Yes Sunderland will try to park the bus, but Wembley is a bigger pitch, so they might not have the usual luck when we play them at their ground, plus, this is where Navas will get a great chance to shine with more space to operate in.
 
We dominated the game from beginning to end and got the result. OK, Edin had a stinker, Negredo looked out of sorts and we failed to score a hatful of goals. But we look a lot better after our CL exertions than Barca. Once Kun is back leading the line we will be flying again. Roll on Wembley...
 
dzeko has got a lot of criticism , but at least he was making room and wanting the ball , negredo was totally anonymous , (shame about jovetics injury he has been looking good) , this was our 41st game of the season and we have won 30 , perhaps we should give the players a bit of leeway .
