Disagree mate. I know it was a shambles yesterday, but I dont think for one moment that we will see the same CB pairing on Sat. We have better options than John at very short notice IMO.

Sagna, Dhino for example would be better than JS with no practice

Sorry I'll admit and I commented on someone's team before that Sagna CZ Zabba right back would be a great shout
Given the look of the defence though I'd like Boths Ferns in front of it

He has played a fair bit of pre season and he is a CB so yes I would rather he played ahead of Kolarov and Fernando.

I will be surprised if Pep doesn't start him, we are all saying that Stones fits what Pep wants then why can't he come in and have no issues? It's not like we are buying him and then want to train him to play for Bolton. No offence.

Pep will get him to play his natural game, sorted.

Ye lets play a RB or our best Midfielder at CB whilst Stones (if signed) doesn't get used. We're playing Sunderland at home its hardly Barcelona at the Nou Camp. Stones has had a good pre season he'll slot in straight away.

i remember Ali B getting off a plane, taxi to ground an hour before kick off and making his debut, played well too. It can be done. Just play man marking for this game instead of a system, its not like Sunderland will threaten all game, put him on defoe and the other defenders can watch the runners.
