Sunderland fan in peace
Have a great weekend lads, know you will probably batter us, but always liked your fans since our maine road trip in 91, you showed us respect as we went down. We expect to get beat but we are up for a good weekend out. I would rather be beaten by you lot than any other big club, just don't rub our noses in it! We are there for the first time in 22 years and will enjoy it.

We are different gravy mate than that red obnoxious shit in Trafford, speaking from experience looking forward to having a few drinks before and after the game with you lot, had a great time with Stoke and Wigan fans before and after the game in FA Cup finals in the past few years, great banter with proper football fans, we never will forget where we have come from mate believe me and Cityitis is well and truly embedded in any City fan older than 5 years of age!!!

Make sure you enjoy the day mate win or lose, to be among 30,000 of your own fans in London is a top day out.
and this why you lot are proper fans. Thanks mate. You know what it means to us just to have a good day out as we don't get it often! (you do now thou!) I compare what the utd fans give you are what Newcastle fans give us. they think they are better, but are not, certainly in terms of fans. I would happy have a pint in any Wembley pub with you all, before or after, win or lose.

You will be buzzing your tits off all week mate, when you get to your end of the ground where your pubs are it will feel like Sunderland have taken over the world, you will see some right pissed up states fella !

Just hope Jonno doesn't come back to haunt us!

Judging by the vibes on here the Wigan debacle of Last season has scarred us all and many post have an element of fear for christs sake it was Messi who we were shitting are selves for last week but now we are scraping the barrel by praying Wes Brown is suspended

Isn't Brown suspended? Don't think he's missed 3 matches since his Red vs Hull. (One would have been the called off match at the Etihad!)
only a 2 game suspension. 1 for straight red and 1 for 2nd red this season. Should be back

Thanks for the heads up. I thought he went for "violent conduct" rather than a "professional foul"! Still not too bothered if he plays, however!

I think you've just been Clarkie'd mate.

Anyway, I'm taking my eldest son to Wembley for his first visit. He feels like you Mackems. So excited I think his heads going to explode.

As said before, nothing can prepare you for when 30,000 of your own supporters are singing inside (and outside) Wembley. The problem is once you've been you want more of it.

For me it has to be javi Garcia in midfield with fernandinho and then yaya playing off the striker....we looked a far better team on Sunday when javi came on and yaya pushed forward

It may sound daft but even now it can still be very frustrating, its justa different level of frustrating to what we've had for decades. Its different, but it feels the same, especially when we can't break certain teams down, with the quality we have.

Your post should remind us all just how good we currently have it, no disrespect to the players you mention.
