I really hope we smash these cnut's into oblivion.

Despite all my lack of faith in the footballing authorities and the possibility that the ref is highly likely to f**k us over given the opportunity, I still think we can win by a comfortable margin. We'll just have ensure our goals are irrefutable, and try not to get wound up by the inevitable shady tactics and blatant cheating. Easier said than done in in the current climate, but we have to be disciplined, despite what they throw at us.

The Rags at work have started - I love it when they're so overconfident.
They think they're playing fucking Anderlecht or FC Outer Mongolia!
Im licking my lips at the thought of Sane and Steling and Aguero against Young, bailly, blind & darmian (someone elses suggested back 4) although Id expect Valencia to play, is he fit?
Im thinking Mourinho might save Rashford for 2nd 45 and put Costly Kid and Elbows on up front first half. I expect him to do something out of the ordinary to try to upset our formation.
We must fancy it at home against what is essentially their second string! But not if they're as gutless as some of our fans!

I am not an Oasis fan far from it but I've got an earworm of 'Don't look back in anger' at the moment so I say, don't look back in anger team, look forward in anticipation and just get in there and make their sick swans even sicker!!!!!

Just remember the Boys in Blue never give in they fight to the end.

Would be interesting to see this, when attacking push Yaya forward and let Ferny float into midfield.

Bravo
Ferny 1 Kompany Ottomendi Kolarov
Delph Yaya
Sterling KDB Sane
Aguero

Maureen will expect us to think he will park the bus but i think he will attack from the off, took the chavs by surprise and now he has the pace in the kids to do our high line easily

I wonder if we aren't better off playing Yaya as the holding midfielder as he did against Spurs but play Fernandinho as one of the 8s especially if Silva isn't fit, use his energy and try and get him making runs into the box.

I think Pep has to have a plan B for this one. We've seemed a bit too one dimensional at times this season; great going forward, but shaky at the back.

We have to fathom out their game plan early doors and react accordingly. If that means we have to drop back into 2 solid banks of 4 with one up top occasionally then so be it. I really wont give a flying f**k how we played if at the final whistle if we finish with the goal tally in our favour.

Can't be doing with the flappers, everyone's arse has gone after Sunday's loss, I guarantee if we'd have won on Sunday, the confidence on here would be through the roof.

I'm confident we'll win this game, probably not comfortably, but we'll do what's needed to be done. Pep will have the lads fired up, he'll want a reaction after Sunday's defeat. Thinking back to the home games against the top sides, I don't think we've underperformed, we've had some diabolical reffing decisions against us (Chelsea & Tottenham comes to mind), but overall we played well even tho the results haven't gone our way.

We're a better footballing side than these lot and we should be ripping there back line apart, look at what they fielded against burnley; young, bailly, blind, darmian, that back line won't be able to cope with our forward line.

Not heard much regarding aguero, silva or fernas possible injuries. Hoping silva's was just a knock, and aguero and ferna came off due to tiredness.

I'd go with;

Willy

Navas
Kompany
Otamendi
Clichy

Ferna
Yaya
KDB

Sané
Aguero
Sterling
My worry is can he rev these players up, I mean two goal advantage going to Monaco and we froze, semi final of Fa cup and go down without a wimper, I think too many players freeze, don't get up or go missing,( call it what you like )in the big games this year, we can blame refs etc., but we have not been good enough and apart from vinnie there is no one to rev them up on the pitch either. Too predictable too slow side to side easy to park the bus against.hope they prove me wrong and smash the rags but I'm fearing the worst again.
