To be honest there are some moronic supporters who follow this club. Plzen were up for it and chasing a UEFA spot. We got the job done and scored four goals, overall a very good performance from a weakened squad. I thought Garcia had one of his best displays tonight.
Pleased to see Dzeko get on the score sheet tonight.

I came here to post my feelings after that display and I am pleased to see that everyone shares the same opinion. You don't need to have done your coaching exams to see it: some of our players are simply not good enough.
We have a core of star players, Aguero, Negredo, Navas, Nasri, Silva, Yaya, Fernandino, Kompany, Hart. All of them stars with skill in abundance who can perform at the highest level week in week out.
And we have another bunch of players who range from rank average to piss poor, half of which at least need to go. Dzeko was fucking hopeless, goal or no goal. Shit attitude as well. Richards = donkey. Garcia, tripe. Kolarov: garbage. Milner only distinguishes himself by his work rate, but he is a very limited footballer. De Michelis and Lescott actually were Ok in the main, if not actually any good.
As soon as I saw the team sheet, I thought here we go, this should be interesting. How right I was.

There are supporters who love the club so they are willing to call out poor performers in a Sky Blue shirt if it helps the cause. Again, nothing wrong with Kolarov or Richards. DeMichellis had a poor second half and Lescott made one error at 2-2.
p.s. You can't really blame defense for the mobility and forward-minded nature of Plzen. This was allowed by our midfield and our overall setup to outscore the opposition. It is just part of our game. Playing Yaya and Fernandinho together may have slowed Plzen down a bit, but they still would have created their chances.
