City Victory Parade - 2022/23

I enjoyed the smaller route and the sense of chaos in the rain, but can understand while some people felt scared on unsafe.

I suspect when the concert arena opens, that will be the final stopping point for these things for us.

Couldn't believe the amount of people who brought prams on Monday, even Santa turned up.
Social distancing has scarred a lot of people for life.

There were actual crushes at various places that people with children were rightly not comfortable with.

When I was 17 and going away nearly every weekend it would not have phased me at all.

But now that I have a near two year old, I expect basic considerations, and I don’t think that is unreasonable of the parents that attended.

Again, if you lose the youth, you lose the future, so City should care about these concerns.
