Great great city for going out for a few bevvies and could be a few days with a day in Tallin. Finns are a fantastic bunch too from my time there

Booked been before let say take a bit of money not cheap flying Heathrow then staying at hilton at airport as early flight day after

Good hotel stayed there other month and got in for 65.00EUR cant complain : )

Doing fri till Monday in Tallinn then day trip on fery 35 euro return 1 1/2 hr crossing first one out last one back at 21:00 beer And digs cheaper other side of water

Try Omena Hotels for cheapish hotel rooms in the City Centre, or Sokos.

Omena tends not to appear on expedia etc.

If you're out at the airport remember its €40+ for a taxi into town, more at night and the rail link is still being built so the other option is the bus.

If you're worried about beer prices, just buy it in the supermarket and drink in the park like everyone else does. Remember though that supermarkets can only sell beer/cider, anything stronger is at the government Alko stores - which have opening hours that are at best unhelpful...
