shocking that we cant sell out for champions league game, cant complain about the prices for this one. Sure the germans will sell their allocation. i know its a repeat of last year, however its a shame we dont really get behind the team. I'll be there anyway

I think it shows City fans are incredibly cynical in an understated manner, we don't go in for the big melodrama like the scumbags in red at each end of the East Lancs, we are not easily lead and more individualistic than most and the quota of day trippers and casual fans in minimal.

What's melodramitic about going to a game and supporting your team, you can wrap it up all you like but if you can afford it and live within a reasonable distance of Manchester then you should be there,our owners have invested millions to get this club where it is and we should show our appreciation of that and that not withstanding City are playing so i'll be there like i always am,there's some proper fuckin shite talked in this place.

Agree. In his post match interview on Saturday, Pep referenced how important it is for the fans to get behind the team on Tuesday. Don't know if it was a veiled attempt to say pull your bleeding fingers out and get down there!

I said if you can afford it didn't i, and as for the apathy towards the european cup, it's funny how that seems to fade the further we get in the compettion.

There is nothing possitive about not selling a significant number of tickets for this. We should hit 50k at least!

Anyway. I suspect a few changes just to freshen it up.

not many fans will have to pay 3 games in a week, less than 3000 will have to. These fans are the first to slag other clubs off when they call us emptyhad, not really doing anything to dispel the myth. The rags sold out virtaully always for their champions league games and they have a hell of a lot more fans than us that travel considerables distances
