Not on the evidence of tonight mate. Of the 22 that took part, how many were 'first team' players ? Minutes into most of the Prem squad will ramp up over the next few games when everyone pitches up.

Or it could be that we have 8/9 regular first teamers away and they include the likes of Silva and Nasri. We would be strengthened with the two positions you mention, no doubt about it. But to moan about creativity is absurd, we were the top scorers last season and very rarely struggled to create all season, except March and early April when our form dropped.
