City vs Palace - Post Match Thread

I think the days of assessing the manager are diminishing, people getting apathetic to the unfathomable lack of consistency, selections and irrational arguing on here. We're just delighted with the 3 points and staying in he hunt, whether it was better than Wednesday or not.

Completely agree its getting tiresome.

The 3 points are all that matters here on in.

Travelled 300 miles to come and watch the game today! Picked a good game to watch. Brilliant performance. Just hope Kolarov isn't injured too badly!!

This,i think people are bored with him now

there was times when I was dribbling with the joy of it, these sides are totally killing football and the atmosphere was disgraceful, no soul this team any more absolutely dead, I miss the old Main Road and all those wonderful and meaningful players they used to have, real players they were, all gone now.

view from a palace fan hahaha

Im enjoying it ;-)

We comfortably beat Palace playing 4-4-2 and have so many options to come back into that formation.

Kompany and Dinho would instantly walk into that side. For better balance I think that one of Silva or KDB should be sacrificed for Navas or Sterling (who could also play up top).

One things for certain though, Delph was outstanding in the middle and Zab is back.

Otamendi for me personally today. Up against a big lump and considering he's not that tall, he won his fair share.

Shout out for Delph as well. That lad has got so much confidence to come into this team and not be overawed. Demanding the ball, tackling back. Deserved the MOTM

From BBC -

"City's third was particularly special, as four players with a value of £141m combined to score".

Fucking YAWN.

We might have spent south of £500m on players since the take over , but just maybe the media should thank us for bringing some of the best players in the world into the premiership , and increasing the quaility by setting a standard for others clubs , who in turn also spend vast amounts to bring quality players to the English game. The prime examples being Silva,Yaya and Aguero whilst the Rags brought in Bebe ,Nani and Falcao ............er hold on a minute.
