Not sure why some think it is a given that Villa get hammered all of the time. They have conceded 4 goals or more on 4 occasions this season, including cup competitions. Twice against us. For the record, the others were Liverpool and Everton. It should also be noted that, from what I have watched, they play more defensive against us than they do against other teams.

First half was dire. The worst team in the League by a distance and we created virtually nothing. Much better after H-T and as we have done several times at home this season, we scored a glut of goals very quickly to kill the opposition off. Navas MOTM for me although the whole back four did their jobs well. I wasn't that impressed with Aguero today although his second goal was the highlight of the match. Sloppy attitude to taking the pen. Telegraphed to the whole of the stadium where he was going to put it. Nice to see Garcia on and I would have also got Mangala on for Komps for the last 15. Job done at least and a clean sheet.

Most on here expect seven or eight regardless of the opponent. Takes a bit more to break down ten men behind the ball.
Resilience was the key.
Couldn't care less if we don't beat any top six team. As long as we're top in May, does it matter one jot?!?
Not much to moan about.
Edit. After many PM's and some strict observation, I'm learning many on here have no idea what they're talking about :-)

No more "little old city", we are establishing a control of world football that I don't think I have ever seen before. Maybe AC Milan in the early 90s came close.I'm convinced of it mate.
I tell you what though, wherever it lasts 5, 10, 20 years nothing lasts forever but what we as fans must do is make the most of it. Enjoy these moments blues and never EVER stop loving your club!

Really?? Two saves from shots on target from Aguero, Aguero shoots just wide of near post, missed sitter by Bony. Could easily have been 3 or 4 up by half time. Not saying first half performance was great but we created chances. Good ones at that.
