City were on the verge of having a reliable digital ticket system but chose chaos

Had this happened a few times this season. My ticket on Tuesday literally changed from Newcastle to Leipzig whilst I was in the queue. One match it still had previous game in wallet as I scanned it and got in no problem.
It makes no difference what game is showing on the ticket in your wallet. The process is that when you check in, the system confirms you've paid for the specific game you're checking in for. As long as you've paid, you'll get in.

The game showing in your wallet is a complete red herring.
Thanks guys, I've never had this previously, it's always updated OK.
 
Just completed the survey they sent on logging in and thoughts on purchasing tickets, ticket exchange and transfer.

The only real new thing was would you consider if putting on ticket exchange the sale money goes to City in community.

My wallet still says Red Bull Leipzig!!! Got in fine today but City do have a problem they need to resolve. I was relocated today from SS3 to SS1 as I have been for all the FA Cup matches. I knew I would be going in through L1 but when I got in I didn't have a clue exactly where I was sat as wallet hadn't updated to give seat details. Fortunately I could go to my emails and get it from the confirmation I had. Far from ideal.

I sent a message on Friday to the "help" page, and had an email back on Saturday, saying they had sorted it out, which they had.
