Mines reverted to a silver season card this Morning
I've still got Leipzig on mine pal.Sorry to hijack the thread, but I've a query about tomorrow's game.
My season ticket is still saying next game is Liepzig, despite having had an email saying I've paid.
On the website the ticket is listed, but can't see anyway to download it to my "wallet", there are tick boxes, but they don't work, tried on both my phone and my laptop.
Went to get help but I was 8 minutes late to ask.
Any ideas ? I've a guest with me tomorrow and have their ticket in my wallet, so don't want to turn up and have hassle.

Had this happened a few times this season. My ticket on Tuesday literally changed from Newcastle to Leipzig whilst I was in the queue. One match it still had previous game in wallet as I scanned it and got in no problem.Sorry to hijack the thread, but I've a query about tomorrow's game.

It makes no difference what game is showing on the ticket in your wallet. The process is that when you check in, the system confirms you've paid for the specific game you're checking in for. As long as you've paid, you'll get in.Sorry to hijack the thread, but I've a query about tomorrow's game.

Same for me, it still works even if shows the wrong game. I messaged City via Twitter DM and they confirmed all would be OK. They said : " I've checked your season ticket and I can see that the Aston Villa game is active on there, so you will be able to use this to access the game. The game displayed is incorrect, but the ticket will still work for you."Had this happened a few times this season.
