It's been working very well for us lately. There's always loads flying about with people not being able to make it or dropping out last minute for whatever reason. I Imagine it must be working well in reducing the ole empteh seats

I changed to Chrome browser and it works fine with transfers

Have you tried that?

Unfortunately no difference. Keeps saying error can't transfer from Adult to Adult. Then says select Adult to transfer.

It also shows Liverpool as next game and won't let me download my own ticket to mobile.

I don't understand how? Fans have told me that before BUT when I've checked that actually had it in their wallet but used the QR to scan (it was the digital ticket in the wallet) being recognised. A smart phone relies on the digital NFC to make payments from a credit/debit card and the same with digital tickets - certainly doesn't work on mine and a few others phones and we've tried it so not sure how that's worked for you? ...

Didn't work for me last season either. I had two tickets both downloaded onto my phone and then took a screenshot of one of them for my mate. Fortunately he was with me so I could pass my phone back to him as it didn't work on his phone at the turnstile.

Interestingly the bar code is visible on the FA Cup games to screenshot on the initial page within the wallet but on the league fixtures I have to go on 'show code' and then it won't let me screenshot. Odd because you could presumably take a photo of it with somebody else's camera anyway and get them to send it on to you. From my experience last year I won't do that anyway.

This is using android phones by the way as there may be a difference with iPhones. I noticed when I was having a pint in Summerbee's some of the lads I was with could screenshot their qr code on iPhone for a league game whilst I couldn't screenshot my barcode on android.

The only thing that happened recently was that my ticket randomly disappeared from my iPhone wallet but I found it in expired passes and just put it back. Works fine.

Printed my Burnley ones same time as RBL on Tues. Assuming you mean Cup Scheme.

I’m the last person on earth who could attempt to answer “how” But I can 100% back the guy up that a screenshot does work for some. I’ve passed on numerous tickets via screenshots over the last couple of years and never had a problem.

Not that I doubt for a minute people who say it hasn’t worked for them.

Could it be as straight forward as iPhone’s work and other phones don’t? I’ve no idea.
