City's most capped player

You have to think that silva and hart could double Bells record and there will be others Edin, Aleks, zabba, who will all break the original record

Kazimierz Deyna - 97.

Frank Lampard - 106.

Peter Schmeichal 129

I know prob wont get up in the top 10, but i'm sure Ryan Gigg's played for City as a Youth, and I'm pretty certain he played 12 or 13 games for Wales, could quite possibly have played more, but for those "pesky injuries"

Not the most capped, but Shaun Goater's international scoring record is as good as any - 32 goals in 36 games for Bermuda (admittedly not always against the toughest opposition). Is there a better record?
Beat that, Rooney - and not all his goals have come versus decent teams!

does colin bell still hold the record? or has any of the current squad over taken him?
colin bell never held the record, he was only most england caps. our most capped player was and probably still is deyna a polish international

If hart finishes out his career at city he could end up the record holder.

He has a shot at most all time caps for England. Another 10 or so years with ~10 caps a years would put him at 150.

Well you say that, but in the programmes when I was a kid 30 years ago, it always had the club records in it, and Bell's 48 caps was the one listed - so a generation of Blues grew up thinking of this as the record. I never even considered total caps for someone who played for City at some point in their career as being noteworthy.
