The home shirt is growing on me. Yeah the purple is weird but it's the perfect shade of sky blue, without any stupid patterns, buttons, collars or necklines.

There is nowt wrong with it. I dont understand all the fuss really

It's OK. It's a bit different with the purple, which I imagine helps sales. Said before that I'm not a fan of the blocks on the sleeves but the execution of that design here could have been far worse.

The retro anniversary stuff looks good.

Or the sunlight shining on it is reflecting to make them look lighter and the shirt hasn’t actually got areas of navy blue, they’re just creases and shadows.

Big fan of the 125 kit and training top. Well done Puma. Nice shade of blue too. Didn't like it in that marks and spencer hanger debacle, hopefully the home shirt will grow on me when i see it first hand.

Not sure why there is so much angst about the kit, if you want a replica shirt and don't like it, there are dozens of retro ones to choose from. And let's face it, nothing could hope to beat those first Umbro kits from a few years back, they were perfect in every way.

I like the shirt, but I suppose that was going to happen seeing as my favourite colour is Purple lol. It'll be better once we see someone wearing it though.

Personally, I like it, just purple seems a strange choice of colour to go on the home kit

They just wanted to be as different as possible while bringing out the 125th anniversary kit at the same time knowing the 2020-21 home kit will be a very “Manchester City” kit too.

I think they’ve done exactly the right thing.

And it looks good!
