To be honest he didnt seem to know what was going on. At first he just said "yeah its out of stock" only when I had a rant and said I had a confirmation and the money has been taken did he actually look up my details. He ended the convesation with "leave it a few days and see if more stock comes in to fulfill my order". Suppose there is still a slight chance

Unfortunately, I had a feeling this was the way it would pan out with some of these orders. Kitbag are a shambles when it comes to dealing with one-off surges in demand like this.
 
I’m fearing the same, ordered around 7.35, payment taken from account, still showing as picking.
Have messaged via twitter, no response.
Had an order for the away shirt cancelled for no reason, after I had to chase the order up.
If this order gets cancelled I wont be using the online store again!

Yeah I got that until I checked my account this morning - now showing as "cancelled" and it certainly wasn't cancelled by me. Emailed the shop supporter services 3 times now, without reply. Ordered a replica for the mrs same morning, arrived Saturday. Obviously, the limited edition isn't coming, despite my order being accepted at 8:30am on the release date.

Fucking shambles.

Is that 7:34 am UK time because I thought they went on sale at 8am? I tried to order an authentic at 8:40 am (because I forgot to get up early enough) but it was still possible to put one in your shopping cart and go through to the payment process. Only then was it removed from the cart, assumingly because they had sold out. The website seemed to suggest there was stock when there wasn't.

Yes UK time, I thought the website might throw you in a queue like it does when ordering tickets. I got online about 7:20 and just kept refreshing the page. The items appeared online to order about 7:30am ish.

The thing that has me even more pissed me off is my cousin ordered one about 8:15am and picked his up from the store on Saturday after the match.

I suppose there is still hope as mine hasn't been cancelled yet online. Your right though an absolute shambles.
