Mine aint turned up. ticket office have give me a paper ticket for arsenal and have to collect season card next week. By the sounds of it seems to be a few that either havent been sent or gone missing

Yay! Mine turned up today. Don't quite like the Cityzen part of the scarf but it does seem like a good quality weave. Feels thick and should be quite warm in winter.
