Got my card, i've bought a ticket for the roma match but it says it will be paper ticket. Anyone know why?. Ive not used my card yet keep sending me paper tickets.

I just bought my Spurs ticket and it gave me option of paper ticket or going onto Cityzens card, maybe you never seen that or was this your 1st purchase via cityzens card

Mine arrived yesterday.

I duly activated the card using the "G number", but this morning I logged in and the portal is once again asking me to activate the card, but this time it wont let me (probably because the system knows its already been activated).

Anyone else had this problem ?

There's a window on the Cityzens Portal where I'm instructed to enter the G number that's on the back of the Cityzens card

I did this yesterday and I got a message saying the number was accepted. But today it's asking me to do it again but it's not accepting the number...

Got my card today finally. Took 2 months. Can't believe they accepted the pic I chose! Hahah.
