I sent them a snotty email today asking why my card hasn't been delivered after 60 days.
I think there is a cash flow issue somewhere along the line; tickets available for all games at the beginning of the season - to get cash in; ticket exchange not paying out for sold tickets - no cash; match day card and goodie bag not being issued - no cash. I bet suppliers are having their terms stretched out as well.
I think next year season ticket holders will have to stump up more cash upfront.

I saw the Sheikh in Piccadilly Gardens swigging Carsberg Special Brew and enjoying a bag of spice!

Whilst we have been working tirelessly to resolve the technical issues which have caused the delay, we acknowledge this has not been acceptable.

We can advise that your membership cards are now being printed and following the subsequent checks and fulfilment of the packs, despatch will begin week commencing 5th November 2018.

You will receive an email with your tracking number at the point the pack is dispatched to you.

Same here. Farcical. They even admit that... "Whilst we have been working tirelessly to resolve the technical issues which have caused the delay, we acknowledge this has not been acceptable." It would be a gesture of sorts if the club offered a free renewal next summer, as an apology of sorts. I won't hold my breath though.

Agree it would be nice if the club would do something for having our money for 4 months .....apart from a free competition !!!.....but like you I dont think City will.....such a great club with such loyal fans and yet they cock up with this ...
Hope the people dealing with Cityzens Card arent the ones dealing with Sterling's contract :)
