Tried ringing the club after I got in from work, but was told that supporter services' opening hours are 9-5. I'll try ringing them tomorrow. For one of the most high profile football clubs in the world right now, some of our operations are pretty poor.

I’m still waiting for my citizens card that has my tickets on it. I’m traveling over from the states to watch the games against Liverpool and Wolves. Hopefully they get me my card by the time I leave.
