Seriously, he was ok. Some odd decisions here and there, but they went both ways. The reffing in the first leg had me raging.

Happy enough with this after seeing him in the Real 2nd leg.

While he wasn't perfect, he didn't mind getting the yellow card out. I'm pretty sure Inter will be physical with us and he may use his cards when needed. If he can make it be a football match rather than letting them foul us all night, then we're winning it.

He wasn’t too bad. Overly lenient with Madrid on bookings and harsher on us (I thought) but generally ok. Put it this way, I’d rather him rather than Tierney was reffing the FA cup final

I called this previously, it felt like all the semi-final refs where auditioning for the final, think he’s a good appointment, but we had it all our own way against Madrid, inter Milan are a different kettle of fish regards the dark arts, might be best to keep the Poznan under wraps till the games won in case they’re Legia fans :)

Born 50km or so away, Plonk, so probably best.
Although we've got the Polish Plonker as a ready made insult now if he stitches us up.

No complaints from me. I opened the thread expecting to see Lahoz, so as I’m sure you can imagine, I feel on cloud 9.

I thought the same, but only a few pages gave me hope.

Happy with this guy.
