It doesn’t really matter. Ultimately their opinion, ditto with anyone who says “don’t care what he said, I like him” is meaningless in itself. It’s a choice on behalf of those that employ him - some are keeping him and some aren’t, the latter of which appearing to be motivated by other reasons than just his actions on this.

Daily Mail just did a poll about him keeping his job. Massively in favour of it. He has a lot of supporters.

I differ there Cheese, I think a heartfelt sincere apology would've been the way to go, and not a glib semi piss take kind of apology, I can almost hear him sniggering as he wrote it.

I don't think it has anything to do with hating Meghan, I think it's more to do with finding Clarkson entertaining.

Putting aside his comments about Meghan which were unacceptable to the vast majority of people , myself included. I think many people regard Clarkson as a maverick, a funny dinosaur, in an ever increasingly dull polically correct world.

Weird how people want him cancelled. Like some sort of censorship. If you don't like him don't watch. There are many people who I don't care for much on TV , in the media and politics. But I don't want them cancelled just because I don't like them or their views. Just because I don't particularly like someone doesn't mean others don't like them. This isnt North Korea.
