Coming from the guy who said the ivory coast were out of order for calling up ya ya toure and it was part of the agenda

He had a decent game!!

you didn't answer.

ps why would i say ivory coast were out of order, dont like it but its their preogative.
On your large agenda thread last year when you listed about 20 reasons city would be stopped from winning the league...

You list me clattenburgs mistakes then?

if i did them all this season it would be bedtime yesterday though he was at us from the off, he carded us and pulled us all the time, yes he carded west brom but nowhere near enough for their fouling. i still think the card for jimmy was harsh, understandable but harsh, made worse by the glee and the speed he went to his pocket.
he wasnt going to book long for the deliberate handball, he booked him for descent.which brings me to the penalty, it was a nailed on pen and he gave it a yard outside, a yard, it was a yard INSIDE the box.
the sad part about this is i only got to find at at knutsford that he was the ref, i was tempted to turn back, the fact that a match going fan feels that way before a ball is kicked is a sad indictment of how that ref is percieved. with good reason.
my guess is you have never watched a city game live in your life, you therefore dont get cheated, cheated out of hundereds of pounds and many many hours travelling all over the country. i wont say never but i rarely miss a game but i'm not going to the london games barring west ham, i'm committed to that with friends, the others though i'll duck. city will still be cheated but i will have saved a fewe hundered pounds to spend on european games. to be fair to twatenburg, foy and webb are are bad.

no agenda? dont make me fucking laugh.

Re: Clattenburg

I'm not a particular fan of Clattenberg, seems like every match has to be a showcase for him rather than the players. Milner's sending of was justifiable albeit Steve Clarke did have the decency to say he would have been disappointed if it had been an Albion player. In all honesty Clattenberg treats Balotelli no differently than every other referee, he got a reputation now with referees and the only person who can change that is Balotelli. Unfortunately the penny hasn't dropped yet and he keeps committing stupid, un-necessary fouls early doors, getting booked and risking a sending off until Mancini is forced to substitute him. It's a recurring pattern which must piss his team-mates off as much as it pisses the fans off. Certainly the people where I was sat yesterday had very little patience left for Balotelli.

Re: Clattenburg

Fucking cry babies on here, ref this ref that, we won, simple.
Ref did hid job and got most things right. Milner was a red, Mario hounded him on a few occasions and could of had a red, but ref got that right, handball was impossible to call, so he got that right, he gave them plenty of cards and gave us a few as well, so what.
Ref did ok, we did magnificent.

Referees are all as honest as the day is long. They don't cheat, they don't favour certain teams and have downers on others. They are uncorruptable, totally unbiased, paragons of virtue. You should know that coming from Italy ;).

Definite red card Bill.

Couldn't get a decent stream yesterday so I can't comment on what I saw. However, most on the matchday forum, which can be very blinkered in its views, were of the opinion that it was (just) outside the box.

I wasn't at the game, but I thought it was another poor refereeing performance that benefited the home team. It was a sending off, and the penalty was too marginal to give, but WBA players were allowed to continually foul City players. They were trying to get our players sent off, and the referee just let them get on with it.
I was at the game and there was a lot of "simulation" from West Brom when they thought Clattenburg would be kind to them. There was at least two incidents that were blatant dives that didn't get punished.
