Can sign them at any time as long as there's room in the squad, right to employment etc. Think for PL they'll need to be homegrown though looking at our squad. Might be worth seeing how much it'd cost in signing on fee for Boro to release Randolph, he's brilliant with his feet and quick deliveries and a good shot stopper.
