I would say its been there for more than 3 years. Mancini almost signed Begovic and had he been here for another month Begovic would have been here. Pellegrini dropped Hart twice, I think? If Hart is that good, don't think both the coaches are/were looking to upgrade.

Think of it this way. £5m per year in amortisation and a £20m profit on Joe in the books.

So in this years accounts we get a better keeper and £15m.

I would say we've been rinsed.
