Obviously he is a older now than he was in his prime but I can't believe that it didn't affect him.
I'm far from a heart surgeon but Eriksen wasn't half the player when he returned to playing football.Having a cardiac arrest does not necessarily equate to heart damage.

It may just be due to his lay off from competitive football and, as long as I'd like to blame the rags, he was way off long before he joined them.
