Claudio Echeverri/On Loan at River Plate

He'll likely follow a similar path to Perrone. Head to a La Liga team willing to take a punt on a young player.

They don't need to be affiliated to us. Just willing to integrate him into their first team and a shot at playing (if good enough).

Probably won't be until his 2nd season in Europe when he starts to blossom. Long way to go.

Still featured though which is better than we've got on offer, doubt he even gets on the bench with Ake, KDB & Bobb all back before he arrives imo. I can see him being allowed to stay for the 2 cups early year. Coming in fresh for the start of next season inline with the rest. coudl go either way tbf
needs at least a season on loan in spain to bulk up

CE started and played until HT, River 0-1 Velez. He was useless, but he was no more or less useless than any of the other 20 outfield players. Just awful to watch. If Pep pulls a player out of him this Spring it will be a testament to just how sh!t every aspect of River is as a club. gad

he hasn't been perfoming well , don't see the point bringing him in january, he needs minutes in europe

I would suggest he's hardly going all out with his transfer already secured and if Pep has given him the nod for a spot in Jan he won't want to get injured.
