not sure at 37 you're a bit inbetween you're not old but to be refered to as young you would have to dieBlueHerts said:I'm 37 and sometimes I sing and sometimes I don't, can someone tell me whose side I should be on?
Thanks.
Great post mark, spot on.markbmcfc said:A lot of dick measuring rubbish in this thread. There doesnt need to be a divide between the older and younger generation, we all have the same common interest.
People are different at matches. I know the BA lads and they are great lads ive had many a beer with. The day on the Barceloneta beach was one of the most enjoyable days of my life.
Im different to them in how I support City, im not much of a singer but will join in when something gets going. I sit down at home games and will moan if someone is stood in front of me. I dont drink to, from or at the match apart from a cheeky pint, and I prefer to drive rather than get the train etc with the rest of them.
All those things are pretty much the opposite to the BA lads and a large proportion of other fans, young and old. We are all different.
They might think im a boring bastard. At the end of the day, I love City to death and life is seriously pointless without them and I will love City more than anything on the planet until my dying breath. I'm 26, and the day I saw that Silver cup sparkle in the sun in May for the first time in my life was the happiest i've ever been.
Morale of the story, dont judge them for being different to you, and vice versa. They are blue, thats all that matters.
I will second that good post MarkLongsightM13 said:Great post mark, spot on.markbmcfc said:A lot of dick measuring rubbish in this thread. There doesnt need to be a divide between the older and younger generation, we all have the same common interest.

i think this sums everything up perfectly, there is no need for massive paragraphs. me and my mates range from around 17-20 give or take and yeah we make a bit of noise. but i can guarantee 95% of you if you met us would get on fine. the only place i feel i can go without worrying about anything is the football, dont take that away, silly if you ask me.mancitymick said:There are young lads just having a laugh and enjoying themselves.
