And navy blue if you're going off the diagonal stripe at the top of the mail. I would imagine that's a piece of the badge.

Yeh I thought the same. It looks like a zoomed in section of the badge. So the top left navy and gold stripe could be the outline trim like on Gav's design, and the white "9" on the top right could be from the 1894. Also would suggest the central element is sky blue.

Just clocked that and you're right..definitely looks like there will be gold and navy in it
