Club survey for those not renewing

Checked my email today and had a survey from the club asking why i didn't renew my seasoncard. There were about 5-6 questions and a box for feedback or comments.

The most interesting part was regarding some potential new ticket types such as a season ticket that only includes Saturday games, a North West season ticket for Rags, Everton and Liverpool and a Champions Seasoncard for the Chelsea, Spurs, Arsenal and rags matches.

Good to see the club giving us a chance to give our views, whether they act on them is another matter

Bought a ST in Spain once, noticed that it didn´t include the games against Real Madrid or Barcelona as those games are sold separately..

It is good that they are giving options, the problem since SKY no-one knows when the fuck we are playing and can't really plan ahead with work commitments, etc. I can see a Saturday only season ticket being very popular and a lot of old fans coming back given that option.

I think a lot of fans gave up season tickets as games were constantly moved away from Saturdays. It is a real pain in the arse for many, me included when weekends are buggered six weeks in advance by Sky. Planning in advance for kids parties, football matches, family vents etc is almost impossible these days. If you bought a ticket for Saturday only games at least you know that you might miss the big ones that are always moved but you know you weren't wasting money on a ticketthat wouldn't be used. There should be a maximum number of games each is club is shown live each season and no more than six home league games should be moved.

Why is that shafting us? I'd bet that Blues pick and choose bigger matches so grouping them together without having the hassle of individually booking each is a good idea. I'm a Seasoncard holder myself but would entertain a 4 or 5 match deal if I weren't.

I did suggest on a previous survey about expansion, an idea for a 10 game season ticket. As a Bluecard holder I can't make enough games to make it worth buying a s/c.
My idea was the 10 game card would be bought pre season but you could choose you games through the season, probably after Sky have given a confirmed date but before they go on sale to Blue card holders. It could then be priced somewhere between the cost / game for s/c holders and the charge for games . The only problem I saw was everyone wanting the same games, but after expansion that shouldn't be too much of a problem.

I'm under the presumption the club would stop doing the traditional SC that we have used over the years and going into a model of buying several different SC's for different types of games.

So you would buy one SC for most of the games, but this would exclude the Big derbies.
Then you'd buy on top of the cost of your one SC, the big derbies.
And so on and so on.

We don't know what they are planning on doing yet so it's all speculation of course but if say I was sold my SC next season at the same/similar price but this excluded some very big games (and I had to pay extra for these games) then I would be out.
