Club survey for those not renewing

worry not.

any ticket for just those games would work out more expensive than the normal season ticket.

Well put it this way:

if the Club started doing different SC's for different games and shafting us even more I'm out

Why is that shafting us? I'd bet that Blues pick and choose bigger matches so grouping them together without having the hassle of individually booking each is a good idea. I'm a Seasoncard holder myself but would entertain a 4 or 5 match deal if I weren't.

I'm under the presumption the club would stop doing the traditional SC that we have used over the years and going into a model of buying several different SC's for different types of games.

So you would buy one SC for most of the games, but this would exclude the Big derbies.
Then you'd buy on top of the cost of your one SC, the big derbies.
And so on and so on.

We don't know what they are planning on doing yet so it's all speculation of course but if say I was sold my SC next season at the same/similar price but this excluded some very big games (and I had to pay extra for these games) then I would be out.

That's the kind of shafting I'd expect at MANUre and The Arse! Hope we don't get any of those kind of ideas at MCFC.

They'd get much smaller demand for a season ticket for only, say, 13 games, particularly if the price is not lowered.

Given the price would have to be lowered, and then the "big games" add-on purchased, it would make more sense just to have them packaged together.

Nothing would be gained by that strategy.

What will no doubt happen, is that when the expansion is complete, they will offer cheap (relatively speaking) "in the gods" and say to loyal ticket holders in best seats: "you can stay here and pay over a grand, or go and sit up there"

saturday games only is imposible because we dont play many games on a saturday now and sky move them so how could they guarentee how many saturday games there are going to be.

Jeeeeeeeesus - Are you ok mate?? Sit down and chill

I actually admire the way the club has gone to the trouble to ask why people have not renewed AND look at potential ways of helping these people.

Every time the club do something to try or explore potential someone posts on here like their whole family has been massacred. The club (and its owners have literally pumped in over a billion pound in all - I think they should be given a bit of slack if they want to ask a few questions!

Si el club comenzó a hacer diferentes SC de los diferentes juegos y nos ejes más Soy ou

To Khaldoon:

إذا بدأ نادي فعل مختلفة في SC للألعاب المختلفة وshafting لنا أكثر حتى أنا أوو

Bye!

Another knee jerk reaction.

If you read the OP, quite clearly the club are looking at ways to try and keep fans who don't renew.

By gauging opinion on alternative ticket types, they are trying to see what people can afford that don't renew.

Hence why me and you, and many others haven't had such a survey. Hence why we are not being "shafted".

I think it's the total opposite mate. They do these surveys to see what they can get away with. They have took no notice what so ever of previous surveys.
The survey is clever in the way they pose the questions, opening little niches here and there that they can charge more for

Everyone should always
answer to their questions in a way that gives them the message that we do not accept cost-hikes.

now they're asking these snidey questions
"how much would you be pay and think this is good value?"
"what is the highest price you'd pay for this service?"
etc etc.. and some people are too honest, actually writing the highest price they are willing to pay, thus giving the club an incentive to raise prices. might be bit harsh thing to say but i think they're looking to rip us off

Having experienced an extremely manipulative and leading consultation on a Council project recently, I am now very suspicious of questionnaires and surveys such as this

Why make that presumption FFS!

This would appear to be exploring cheaper but restricted games ALTERNATIVES for those who have not renewed. I don't see it as a replacement for full SCs!!
