You win your first 10 league games and then Blackburn come knocking with £2.9Million of pure ding for Kevin Horlock which you accept...

Then get beat 1-0 at Crystal Palace.

On the up side Darren Huckerby is lethal...21 goals in 14 games.
 
Things are going slightly pear shaped.

Still top but results are patchy.

Huckerby sold to Rangers for £8 Million but i couldn't find a replacement.

Have taken Vassell on loan.

I know....but he could be good.
 
Vass isn't half bad mate. Got him on loan and he banged in 7 in 10. Get To Madeira though. There's also a lad called Dunwell at some non league side who is shit hot.

I had a good crack at this last weekend and got promoted then 5th in Prem next season without doing all that much recruiting. Leeds went down and I have just spent £19 mill on Bowyer and Ferdinand (sorry but their stats are awesome).
 
long story short, finished 7th non promotion, sold players bad 2nd season and then sacked so restarting it with city now.
 
Top after 14 games.1 point ahead of Blackburn.

Subs are Weaver,Heath,Haaland,Kerr,Tiatto,Howey,Dunwell(still scoring) and Huckerby.

Scraped through to the next level of the champions league.Ground has been increased to 46k.Everyone happy especially as i got rid of Moukolo.Got 20 million in the bank...just got to decide what to do with it.Probabaly sell Huckerby,Howey and Haaland and find replacements in the summer.If only Tsgalko could get a bloody work permit.

Samba and Tolley are banging them in for fun in the reserves so will promote at the end of the season.
 
Promoted pretty comfortably in the end as League 1 champions.

Bought 3 players during the season:-

Richie Wellens, Kristian Ravneng and some Norweigan youth player my scouts were raving over.

Sold Huckerby to Rangers for £8M, Horlock for £2.9M and Ritchie for £3M.


So now i've £25Million to blow on a striker unless Wanchope is any good and some others for the start of Premiership.

Everton and Villa got relegated but even though Rooney is available on a relegation release clause, it's just wrong!!

Marcus Bent looks the dogs though and scored 39 goals for Ipswich so in my tactic he should be good for 60 or more...we'll see...
 
Wanchope is classic. Scored about 30 goals in my first season, then went to Leeds and is the topscorer in the Prem.
