I take 2 lots of 30 dosage and within 40 minutes I am out for the count for 2-3 hours.I take these 4 times a day,except when I know I`m going out for a few pints,so don`t mix with ale.
Its the only tablet I don`t mix with beer.Dont be using them as a sleeping tablet,or as long term,because they can affect the liver.

They're pretty strong and I wouldn't mix them with anything else unless you actually want to have a bit of a weird time.

My sister became addicted to it through taking cocodamol. Ended up a proper smackhead.
