Hmm, so in terms of heat capacity, it seems darker materials emit radiation more quickly, so darker hot drinks cool faster. My coffees are definitely darker than my teas. Maybe I’m getting somewhere at last @Alan Harper's Tash
Darker roast coffees tend to be brew better at lower temperatures (obviously not instant, as that has already been through the brewing process and you are essentially just rehydrating the coffee). For a very dark roast, I would probably brew at around 80 - 85 degrees.

Coffee + cake in the morning or afternoon used to be my go-to routine, and I’d always look forward to a nice cup of green tea in the evening. But now, since I’m trying to lose weight, I’m really cutting back on sweets as much as possible. It’s been tough, but I know it’s the right move for my health. Instead, I’ve been swapping out the sugary snacks for healthier alternatives, like the ones I found in this article on intermittent fasting snacks . These options are not only more nutritious, but they also keep me feeling fuller for longer, which helps me stay on track with my goals. It’s all about making smarter choices, and while I miss my old treats sometimes, I’m already starting to see some positive changes.

I like 'em both to be honest.
But while a mediocre cup of tea is tolerable, a mediocre coffee is just shite.
I am a total coffee snob. If it's good, I love it. If it's not, you can stick it.

Dont drink coffee, i prefer lose weight tea from all over the world, have soon 40 diffrent types raging from Black, Green, Yellow, White, Rooibos, matcha and herbs and spice tea.

I gave up tea bags when I read this.

Plastic tea bags made of nylon or other synthetic materials release tons of micro-plastic particles and Nano plastic particles into your drink. This may cause chemical leaching and toxicity.
It is obvious that you should steer clear of using tea bags to brew a warm cup of black or green tea.

both - tbh depends on my mood or what I am having with it - biscuits, particularly ones to dunk then its tea I can't do black tea as its a totally different animal whereas coffee black or white is fine. Mostly prefer no sugar but from time to time I will sugar either.

I don't like fruit, herb "teas" though. I'd call them infusions not tea. Any sort of iced coffee or tea is just not for me.

Like both, but I'm a huge coffee lover, I naturally lean toward coffee-based drinks during the colder months. My go-to is a rich café mocha. I like that mix of coffee and chocolate for warming up. When I’m out and about a quick stop at a coffee vending machine often does the trick, especially during busy winter days.

I like tea and I reckon I've got a bigger cock than anyone on here, and could batter any coffee drinker in a scrap. This for me is conclusive evidence as to the superiority of tea.

Anyone who says tea is more than likely one of the Lewis scapegoaters. Close set eyes, monobrow, hair growing out of their ears and nostrils.

Just saying, like.

Mainly drink tea but I do like going getting a nice flat white on a Sunday morning.

Hammer one of these monstrosities every morning aswell because I got sick of paying through the nose for fucking whey protein and these are loaded and in the Tesco meal deal. Wouldn't say I enjoy it particularly but does the job and washes down my turkey and tomato bagel for breakfast

This stuff is nectar of the God's drink about 10 a day while I'm in Amsterdam, if anyone can find a shop that sells it in Britain I'd be very grateful. I've only seen it in the soda stream at Parrswood Wingstop but it has that weird syrupy taste I need the glass bottles.

We get these when in Greece, far nicer than Lipton. Just looked on the Trolley supermarket app and nothing shows up at all.☹️
