Cole Palmer

I said it in the Nunes thread but I'll say it again here. When you consider Doku's injury history, it makes little sense to me to sell him with two days left in the window. Bernardo won't play out on the RW every game, I imagine. Phil seems to be playing centrally for the time being. He's going to get opportunities this season. He just needs to bide his time. Whether he's willing to do that or not is another story.

Palace want a minimum of £70m for Ezé. Do that deal & send Bobb on loan to Palace for the season?

I've said for years, to get in a prem side you have to be a full international nowadays, somewhere. Cole isn't and is unlikely to be in the near future.
To get in the best side in Europe, you need to be one of the top players in an international team. Cole isn't and is unlikely to be, anytime.
Maybe Cole is brighter than I've given him credit for, realises the above and knows sooner or later he will have to move for regular game time.
 
Frying pan to fire if he goes to the Chavs.

Surely his agent will convince him of such.

Palmers next move should be a steady mid table Prem club.
