Cole Palmer

Brighton can't afford Palmer on a permanent deal, let's be serious.

We're selling academy players who've never played a minute for us for £15-20m a pop.

Palmer would cost them at least £40m plus add-ons and other clauses.
Brighton could pay 100m without blinking, they have made a fortune in the last few years and look like banking another 100m from Cacaido

If we were buying Palmer from Brighton the fee quoted would be huge

If its a permanent transfer it should be £35m.
Only way it is less is if we have a buyback for x2.

No point loaning to Brighton. They have their own young and promising players. Playing palmer limits their own players from developing and increasing in value.

Brighton don't have 40m in the bank, is that what you really believe?

Just because they have the money, doesn't mean they can afford to spend so much of it on Palmer. Why do you think they haven't signed Colwill?

Their whole model is built on buying low and selling high.
