He's never hidden the fact he is a rag. I stated as much months ago.I see he's come out as a red **** this morning. Do one you ginger prick. Maybe you'll be playing for on loan Strasboug next year when Chelsea have bought a few more players.

I think its more likely that many want as many local lads in the first team squad as possible... always sad to lose a local lad who's genuinely going to be a good player. Not a world beater of course but would have been great to have a Baecelona squad with 7 or 8 local lads....City drew last night because of our own amateurish defensive errors and blunders, not because Cole Palmer had any sort of influence over the result.
I'm guessing that's as to why this thread has suddenly resurrected. I saw Palmer as a potential future talent, one who could be a team player, but nothing like in the mould of say De Bruyne, Rodri, Gundogan, Foden, Silva etc, you know, a 'game changer' talent.
It happens maybe once or twice in a generation, it's not the norm and people who get hung up on the local lad thing are living in the past. Yeah, of course it would be fantastic but there has to be some realism involved.I think its more likely that many want as many local lads in the first team squad as possible... always sad to lose a local lad who's genuinely going to be a good player.
